Poor Management of Flat Rents Paid Late

Having used these since inheriting a flat their constant late payment of rent, no response to emails when you chase. Not sure what they actually do for their management fee. Avoid if letting. Very disappointed with their business practice despite contacting the manager and being reassured rents will be paid on time despite tenants paying them on time.
