Rude on the telephone, I didn't get much further with them. Would probably use an alternative agent if possible based on this interaction. Edit: Thank you Alan for your response and the phone call, I appreciate you taking the time. If this sale doesn't work out I would come back to RWW in the future. Rating amended.
