Our experience was not a great one and it was a difficult move but this was due to circumstances and with the help and professional attitude of all involved we felt supported. We were contacted regularly for updates and kept in the loop. When we got frustrated, there was always someone to talk to. I felt that our biggest support came from Joe in the Hastings Office, who answered emails and questions well outside office hours.
