I have had excellent service from day one which was sometime ago now. Guy was my first contact and we agreed terms, which I feel were reasonable. Then over the next few months the viewings became regular and were people who had a genuine interest in buying my property. Joe was very polite, and helpful and Justin helped with the final stages of securing a buyer. From then until completion Amie has been helping with the final stages. She was very polite and kept me informed of how things were going. If I've missed anyone I apologise, but I can say I am very happy with the service I received.

The valuer who initially visited us was professional, giving us confidence that our home would be shown to its highest potential. Communication throughout the whole process of our sale was excellent, with all members of the office team always polite, friendly and helpful. Amie was our contact towards the end of the process and helped us through a particularly tricky time, arranging a move during the beginning of the COVID-19 outbreak. The team at Rush Witt & Wilson in Hastings were always helpful, supportive and proactive, even when there were issues further up the chain outside of our control. Despite the difficulties further up the chain, Rush Witt remained communicative and efficient throughout. Would definitely use them again.
