I bought and sold through RW&W this summer. It should have been a very easy process because there was no chain either end. Unfortunately, it dragged on for almost 18 months due to various issues which couldn't have been foreseen. RW&W were excellent throughout the whole process and held the deal together for me. They renegotiated several times on my behalf and eventually everything went through smoothly. They sold my house quite quickly and managed to keep the buyers on-board even though the issues were with my purchase. Special mention to Joe Finney for all his efforts keeping the deal together and for putting up with my moaning!!

Rush Witt & Wilson are by far the best estate agents in Hastings, trust me I know as I was looking for 3 properties at the same time and had lots of estate agents I was dealing with. I have just completed my first property purchase and Rush have been very good during the whole process. I live abroad so there has been a few challenges in getting things done in the time that I’m back in the UK.
