I bought and sold through RW&W this summer. It should have been a very easy process because there was no chain either end. Unfortunately, it dragged on for almost 18 months due to various issues which couldn't have been foreseen. RW&W were excellent throughout the whole process and held the deal together for me. They renegotiated several times on my behalf and eventually everything went through smoothly. They sold my house quite quickly and managed to keep the buyers on-board even though the issues were with my purchase. Special mention to Joe Finney for all his efforts keeping the deal together and for putting up with my moaning!!

I live abroad so there has been a few challenges in getting things done in the time that I’m back in the UK. I have had excellent service from day one which was sometime ago now. Guy was my first contact and we agreed terms, which I feel were reasonable. Then over the next few months the viewings became regular and were people who had a genuine interest in buying my property. Joe was very polite, and helpful and Justin helped with the final stages of securing a buyer. From then until completion Amie has been helping with the final stages. She was very polite and kept me informed of how things were going. If I've missed anyone I apologise, but I can say I am very happy with the service I received.
