Cannot recommend enough. Zoe was an absolute godsend and was so helpful in what was a difficult experience for me. She was helpful, kind and supported me through the entire thing, the entire team were wonderful but Zoe really went that extra mile just in terms of empathy and feeling like you’re actually being listened to by another human being in a not so nice situation!
