Avoid at all costs
As landlords we were appalled to find that the tenants deposit had not been placed in the correct protected deposit scheme. Only after considerable pressure was put on elet was the dopsit returned. We are still awaiting an outstanding two months rent which was taken by elet from the tenant but never passed on ourselves. We have now taken over the management of the flat and ceased using elet. We would strongly recommend anyone thinking of using elet or its sister company esales to think long and hard first.
