We have been working with the Walton team since 2016. They managed the letting of our apartment in The Heart, and later its sale. They have arranged new tenancies and timely maintenance & repairs whenever needed, keeping us fully informed of cost estimates & progress. Quarterly checks of the apartment always arrived on time and were most informative. The team's guidance & advice has been invaluable. The sale of the apartment was particularly challenging with 3 parties of solicitors involved. Ryan kept things moving forward, keeping everyone informed on progress, with back up from Andy.
