Put my property on to let in November and thought it would struggle to let due to the time of year. Martin & Co and their team of staff were great getting it let and sorted all before Xmas. Friendly and efficient service.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Martin & Co Harrogate to anyone. I have been a tenant in one of their properties for 2 and a half years and they have always been so friendly, helpful and efficient in any of my dealings with them. They’ve looked after me so well as a tenant since I’ve been with them.... highly recommended!!

I've used the full management service for nearly 10 years. Excellent communication, always available and any problems sorted with minimum fuss. The office team are always friendly, welcoming and helpful. I really recommend Martin & Co in Harrogate as others I used fell well short of their performance.

Susanne has managed our property for 4 years and then the agent for the sale of our property. We’ve been very happy throughout with the service we have received from Susanne and her team.
