I was recommended Martin & Co and they have been great. They have provided a very good management service over the past 18 months. Mark Anderson and his team have managed the 2 bedroom bungalow my wife & me rent out in Harrogate for 5 years. Initially they brought in builders, plumbers, decorators to renovate the place, and the costs we incurred were incredibly low, we were astonished, and since then we have had just 3 tenants and only had a couple of weeks gap between each. They seem to be fair to the tenants but insist that they comply with their contracts. I feel that Martin & Co, Harrogate serve us as landlords to the maximum possible extent. This positivity is borne out of the fact that I used an agent in Lichfield, Staffs when we were renting out the house we'd previously been living in, and they seemed to care massively more for the tenants than us as landlords.
