Cannot recommend this branch of Martin and Co highly enough. Having become a landlord for the first time eight years ago, Martin & Co took me by the hand and made the whole process very easy. Not living near to the property, I always felt reassured as they were there to take care of any problems, both on my behalf and the tenants. Everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Cannot recommend this company high enough. From the very start of letting my family house , Mark and his team guided me and were truly professional. I had heard from friends that had not had good experiences with other agencies but this was certainly not the case for me. Whenever something happened, I was contacted immediately and the problem was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Inspections are carried out every three months, and a full report sent to me. Something really unusual, was that any work that needed doing, was done to a high standard and not at huge expense! Then, when the time came for me to sell my house, Martin & Co were even able to help with that and achieve a successful sale. Five stars all round

Have been with Martin and Co for 10 years. Louise, Mark and the team are absolutely great. They have every detail at their fingertips and are consummate professionals. If only every other business I come into contact were as good life would be a whole lot easier. When I start letting again Martin's will be the first port of call for me.
