We would like to say a massive thank you to Martin & Co and in particular Joseph Choma who had only been with the company a matter of weeks on our first meeting. Joseph was my first point of contact during our search for a property , his customer service skills are absolutely on point ! Once finding our ideal property Joseph took us through step by step the process , it all ran very smooth and we had the keys a few weeks later. He has a very personable & charismatic personality and clearly is very passionate about his role at Martin & Co. My wife and I appointed Martin & Co in Harrogate to sell a small house that my wife had inherited. The house was an undeniable renovation project and was priced accordingly, and very sensibly. It attracted about twenty viewings after the first weekend and we received eight offers, all over the asking price. The excellent and down-to-earth Jo Ripley gave us great advice throughout, and we chose the best-placed buyer and ignored a much higher offer which struck us as holding trouble in store. So we got excellent service and advice, and much cheaper than the agency that wanted us to go to auction (which would have been poor advice as the developers viewing did not make offers, and the other buyers would have been kept away). We would certainly use their services again.
