I was able to easily book viewings and all staff members were incredibly knowledgeable. Laura showed me and my family the property and was very kind and said she’d do her best to ensure I got the place. I was able to sign the papers the next day and move into my flat within a month. They even offered to accommodate my needs to pick up the keys on a weekend. Belvoir always answer the phone promptly and will strive to help where possible. Highly recommend

Over the past 18 months we have rented our flat through Belvoir. We have recently extended our rental for another 6 months. Again excellent service, cannot fault this company. Any issues we have had have been dealt with promptly. The tradesmen have been punctual clean and tidy. All the necessary servicing of boilers etc has been carried out without having to prompt them. The staff are friendly and efficient. The service we have received from Belvoir has remained consistent over the past 18 months. Excellent

Belvoir, and especially Gemma, have been amazing! She is extremely efficient and friendly. On moving-in day we were presented with a New Home box which was a lovely surprise, full of biscuits, teabags, and vouchers for useful places (it's also a good place to keep paperwork). There were a few things that needed sorting with the property and these have been dealt with well and promptly. They're real professionals.
