I recently have used Belvoir to compete a rental for a property in Harrogate. I haven't got one fault with the service that they have provided and in particular the agent Laura Pullan has been fantastic from start to finish of the whole process, very knowledgable, very polite and has been a massive help with any queries i may have had.

I was in contact with Belvoir Kirkcaldy branch and spoke to Tracey Allan. I found her to be really helpful and pleasant to speak to. It was a pleasure dealing with her and she provided excellent advice. I would recommend her and the company to anyone.

Belvoir were recommended to us and we therefore approached them to find some tenants when we wanted to rent out our house. We were very particular about the type of tenant we were looking but Belvoir managed to find us the perfect tenants within a few weeks. They were very helpful and knowledgeable and Laura was extremely thorough with everything and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to others looking to rent out their house

Polite, friendly and efficient. I have interacted mostly with Gemma who has been brilliant, though I have no doubt the rest of the team are excellent. As a first time renter I was naturally a bit unfamiliar with the processes so it was relief to have someone friendly on the other end. They have been thoroughly helpful and understanding in all my interactions. Frankly I’m not sure what else I could ask for from them.

We are first-time, and somewhat elderly, renters and the team at Belvoir provided an extremely helpful, professional and friendly service to guide us through the whole process. Our every request has been dealt with promptly and efficiently. The service we have received, and continue to receive, could not have been better.
