My husband I have rented an apartment using Belvior. I would highly recommend. From a renters perspective they were very through with the inspection of the property that we were renting and gave us a detailed inventory with pictures of things that needed attention. Examples of this were scratches on the hardwood flooring, scratches on the paint work. This gave us peace of mind so that when we leave the property we would not be accountable for these things. Everything was itemized so that things were crystal clear. Communication was excellent. If we left a message someone would get back to us quickly, by phone and email. Gemma who is in the office is very friendly, open and efficient. This demonstrated to us how professional the office was run.
