He has always been available, responded quickly over email, and answered all of my queries. Customer service here in general is fantastic. Where I have had to call the office, staff have been understanding, easy to talk to, and listened to my concerns. The application and referencing process is clear, logical, and was completed rapidly. I would recommend the company to anyone looking for a rental property, including first time renters like myself.
