Excellent service, achieved market value in days.

We received an excellent service from Anthony Pepe. We had market appraisals for both selling and for letting as we were initially undecided as one of us wanted to sell the property and the other wished to let it; Ben and Martin were both extremely helpful and we were never pressured to make a decision or proceed to instruction. We eventually decided to sell and Ben got the property to market as soon as we were ready. The quality of their marketing was superb, the photographs, floorplans and descriptions really made our property stand out. We had hundreds of views on Rightmove and twenty bookings for an 'open hour' on a Saturday from which we had several asking price offers. We went to highest bids and achieved several offers significantly above asking price. We were very confident with James handling negotiations with our buyer and when our initial purchaser got cold feet after a few days James secured excellent offers from the other bidders within hours. James was always proactive and helpful and kept us informed throughout what became a rather protracted and stressful exchange and completion due to our buyer having problems getting his mortgage processed. We highly recommend Anthony Pepe we would certainly use them again if we had a property to sell. Also they were very competitive on commission, obviously we had beeen to other agents for comparisons.
