I am in the process of looking for a house as a first buyer and King Estate is one of those agencies that are trying their best to help clients search for the 'dream house'. Raz is one of agents I work with. His care and perseverance in finding the right place helps me make the right decision. Besides the legal advice, there is the friendly side of advice which is so helpful during this process of hunting for a house called home.

I don't normally right reviews but I feel I do on this occasion. I've been on the hunt for the right property in London for a few months now. It started off well and I had found a few properties but non of the estate agents I had been working with could close a deal for me, unfortunately. Not only that, most of them, although professional, weren't as responsive as I would have liked. That's of course until I met Raz, one of the Senior Negotiators at King's Walthamstow. Viewings are funny. I've personally viewed about 50 properties with different companies. And from my experience, on a particular viewing you could get two types of estate agents: those who don't want to be there and those who do. I have to say that Raz definitely belongs in the latter group. He was informative, friendly and professional through the viewings. I was hesitant about the property I had called in about initially but I am glad that I did because I met Raz, who I credit to finding my dream property within a few days. He also introduced me to their broker, who was also excellent. Thanks guys! If you wan't to find the right property, give King's a go. It seems they have a wide range of clients and I'm sure they'll be able to find you your dream property too.

As a first time buyer, we honestly were pretty clueless about what we really wanted and needed. However, we found that George was a very professional agent and went above and beyond. He answered all of our questions, made himself available and didn’t make us feel like any request or question was too big or too small.
