Me and my partner are first time buyers and are days away from completion. Ollie showed us around our very soon home to be! He was very friendly and knew his stuff. A very pleasant young man. Richard soon took over to help my (complicated) self. I like to ask every question there could EVER be, and he answered so so efficiently. Not only did he answer every one of my questions , he did so in a way to calm me down and not make me feel a fool. (Very important). I honestly can say i would not be in the mindset i am today if it was not for rich. No matter when it was AM or Late PM he was available to calm my nerves and reassure me, to guide me and to help me.
