Due to both my vendor and buyer using the worst solicitor in existence (Premier Property Lawyers), the move proved a real struggle (to the point that the chain actually broke down as a result of the solicitor's incompetence). Thankfully the team at Church Langley were very pro-active, friendly, and professional with speaking to their contacts and helping the move go ahead (even after Premier Property Lawyers had an online security breach and their systems were down for over a month). Honestly, I don't think the move would have happened if it wasn't for Richard and Frankie getting involved.
