WELL WHAT CAN I SAY !! What an amazing, genuine and totally professional team . I first dealt with RICHARD,( the manager ), who was warm , caring and took a genuine interest to give me the best service and more importantly the best price for my property . This guy knows his job , inside and out . Not once did I feel like ' just another customer' and he took on board all of my needs , requirements and my personal situation , without being intrusive . Richard never made me feel like a burden and ALWAYS took phone calls, replied to emails or got straight back to me . Richard was always totally respectful and would give me the best advice and help me with anything I wasn't sure about. I had confidence with him from day 1 and it never changed throughout the sales process. My praise would never be good enough , no matter what I said. FANTASTIC to deal with and an absolute credit to Kings . Richard THANK YOU SO SO MUCH .. Then we have the most delightful, caring , professional FRANKIE! Again she was an absolute SUPERSTAR! Always has a smile , always cares and does the best for the customer that she possible can. Every question that I asked or any concerns ,she made me feel at ease and would also get back to me ASAP. When it came to my viewings , Frankie was on the ball and as expected , totally professional and respectful at all times . Frankie informed me of anything I needed to know straight away and I never had to ask twice . Another total credit to King's THANK YOU Frankie.. And last but not least we have BRANDON! What an lovely young man ! Professional and always does what he can to help . He always fitted around me when it came to viewings and was never late . Such a smiley personable guy and always helps when and where he can . Nothing was ever left undealt with , always got back to me .
