Buying and selling a house is so stressful so do not under estimate how important using an experienced estate agent is. I have no doubt that without Richard and his team, I would not have passed the finish line and my house chain would have collapsed. Richard went above and beyond to ensure everything that could be done, was done to get my house exchanged and save the chain from an absolute disaster due to unprofessionalism and lack of experience from other local estate agents.
