We had the pleasure of dealing with Gemma from Bourne in Alton. Our initial enquiry led us to a beautiful home but we felt it was missing two key elements for us, the next day Gemma had a second house to view which she promised met every criteria we'd asked for, and she wasn't wrong! The house was perfect. Gemma maintained in constant communication with us throughout the process, and we knew we were in safe hands. She's been professionally, diligent and friendly the whole time, nothing was a bother and she has always been so helpful. It feels like talking to a friend rather than an agent. She has completely changed our view on estate agents and I couldn't recommend her or Bourne more from the experience we've had.
