A professional, efficient, and fast moving estate agent for rental properties
We are submitting this review now that our tenants are installed in the property and all Thorgills activities have been completed. We are renting out a property in London for the first time, though we rent out properties elsewhere. We decided to go with Thorgills as we felt that they had good experience in our locality (Chiswick-Hammersmith), and a very practical approach. We have been impressed with how quickly they have moved. It took just 4 weeks from appointing Thorgills to having tenants move in. The rent achieved is a good but fair market rent for the area. Our sense is that Thorgills have been very thorough with all the checks and admin processes., and found the right balance for both landlord and tenant.. Consequently, we would recommend Thorgills to both landlords and tenants. Andrew W

Friendly and efficient service
We had a brilliant experience of using Thorgills to find our first flat! When we turned up to view a property we were greeted by a friendly, knowledgable and engaging agent, Andrew. He showed us around the property and was able to answer all our questions. They made the paperwork process easy and we had our offer accepted the very same day. Since we have moved in the follow up has been supportive and when problems have cropped up they have been solved in 24 hours. We'd highly recommend Thorgills to anyone!

Polite and Efficient

Excellent service, very helpful and responsive
We had a great experience finding, applying for and securing a short term rental agreement through Thorgills. Andy Glowacki was a pleasure to deal with, and very helpful and responsive to our needs. I would recommend Thorgillls and Andy in particular.

House Lease near Baron's Court
I recently secured a tenancy near Baron's Court with a friend and we were assisted throughout the process by Sean Hannington and Shanice Cresham. Both Sean and Shanice were very responsive and attentive to points of detail, which made for a relatively smooth process overall. Our tenancy process was complicated by both my friend and I travelling overseas at the time, but Shanice was highly accommodating and ensured that unnecessary delays were avoided. We are very pleased with the service received and would happily deal with the team at Thorgills Hammersmith again in the future.

Nice and helpful
