A professional, efficient, and fast moving estate agent for rental properties

We are submitting this review now that our tenants are installed in the property and all Thorgills activities have been completed. We are renting out a property in London for the first time, though we rent out properties elsewhere. We decided to go with Thorgills as we felt that they had good experience in our locality (Chiswick-Hammersmith), and a very practical approach. We have been impressed with how quickly they have moved. It took just 4 weeks from appointing Thorgills to having tenants move in. The rent achieved is a good but fair market rent for the area. Our sense is that Thorgills have been very thorough with all the checks and admin processes., and found the right balance for both landlord and tenant..
