These don't even deserve 1 star. Survived in the property I rented out for 9 months. They said write a list of potential improvements that needed doing... so I written: lights need fixing in bathroom... cracks in wall... no heating so can radiator be fixed... etc Months went by... I get an inspection to ensure I'm keeping the place tidy... at this point there is mould growing on the wall... I get blamed for this with the reason of condensation from window and because I have a kettle (actual words spoken from the property manager here). So I involve environmental health... months later I finally get a radiator... its now been fitted for 1 month and they said to report if the mould improves etc... no it doesn't improve and it takes over 2 hours to get the room to a warm temperature. It's actually warmer to sit in my car outside the property. And still... after a month of the radiator being replaced I have to live in a flat with holes in the wall from the previous radiator... the walls are literally dripping wet of a night time... but these property managers do not care as long as you pay your rent

The nephew of this family business is a borderline fraudster with no respect for his tenants, their deposits or the truth and actual facts. I have experienced almost third world conditions with mould, damp exposed sewerage from open drains backing up into our bathroom and exaggerated and intimidating claims in regards to damage, behaviour and non payment of rent, which I always had paid in advance.

If you have an issue with your landlord, I am sorry to hear, but that is between you and them. I drove over 120 miles to view a property this afternoon only for the letting agency to tell me that someone else has placed an application on the home I was viewing, even though they told me they had received 0 applications only 3 days ago. They could have pre warned me that they had received applications so I could have saved time and effort going to view. Absolute terrible customer service, avoid this letting agency!

Hi Adam, I can understand your frustration. Until an application has been accepted on a property, we continue with viewings. Once an application has been accepted, no further viewings are carried out. When you viewed the house, no applications had been accepted, although there were partial applications that had been submitted. We do not stop viewings with only a partial application as often the applicants may not send in everything we require so cannot proceed anyway. I am sorry if you feel your journey was wasted, no full application had been received or accepted at the time of your viewing

I live with my parents this agent is the worst I ever seen worst landlords and no help at all 11 years we live in the same house and we have let them know the problems with the house and they haven’t yet fix them never missed rent and nothing this is done about this and what we get nothing I RECOMMEND NOT TO GO TO THEM for a house

Hit and miss staff attitude repairs are make do always costs the Tennant to do anything.

I had a viewing at 10:30 this morning, rand at 09:20 to confirm I’d be there, drove from litherland for 40 minutes, paid 2 ways on the roll bridge. Rang when I got there to see where the agent was and was told they’d tried to ring me yesterday and this morning to let me know. Waiting for the recording of call now. No respect at all. Hope you found somewhere with someone suitable x
