We all know how stressful it can be buying and selling houses. We can honestly say thanks to Colin and the team at HomeSmart, all that stress was taken care of. Colin continuously went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went as smoothly as it did. We did have a few hiccups along the way with the solicitors not to mention last minute legal paperwork to contend with, which was of no fault of HomeSmart as it was out of their control but Colin eased the pressure by even hand delivering the signed copies to the buyers solicitors so there were no further hold ups. We even had potential buyers remark that they wished they had also gone with HomeSmart as they were always on hand and returned calls, keeping us in the loop continuously, along with Colin’s sense of humour made the sale even more plain sailing. A massive thank you to Colin and the team and should the need arise again for using an estate agent, HomeSmart would be our number one choice.
