Having taken the decision to sell it, they were the natural choice to act as the Estate Agents for the sale. They were thorough, kept me fully informed at each stage of the process, and were unfailingly helpful throughout - becoming actively involved during a couple of hiccups with the process (no fault of theirs) which helped resolve the situation and complete the sale to everyone's satisfaction.
