My tenancy has been taken over by homesmart lettings. The process has been hard paperwork wise for me to get my head around. Sophie hawthorn at the office has been fab taking care of all my questions.... And there has been a lot of questions from me for them to answer.... Sorry about that 🙈 My new landlord has been very supportive. Between him and the wonderful staff at homesmart lettings, repairs are carried out within the time they say they will do them. They must be good to well erm 'cope with the likes of me' I question Everything and my eye for detail 'being an artist' nothing escapes my attention.... Which is probably 'good' for them.... As their paperwork states "report a minor problem, as minor problems can turn in major problems if left unattended" My house is in a lovely neighbourhood, mainly surrounded by private owners and the house itself is lovely too...... I do like to keep it that way and do my best to keep it nicely decorated....as for 'tidy' well slowly slowly catchy monkey 🙈
