GOOD EXPERIENCE My husband and I have been looking for a new house to relocate since April, and its finally at the beginning of this month we found a house in Runcorn, after a long and stressful search. The house is beautiful, fit our need as a family but more importantly our Budget. And we are happy we got the key to our new place last Saturday thanks to the team effort. Right from the beginning William has been a great and kind agent as I met him on the viewing date till the day he gave us the key, always so friendly and very understandable as I have a toddler always running around. Thanks Wil. Sophie, although she works part time, always found time to either reply to all my mails and answer questions or to assist us every time we popped in the office on Saturday, she always had toys ready to entertain my toddler, as she is always a mum. Sophie you are a GEM. The only reason I did not give a 5 stars , its cos there was a small Favour I needed from the agency to help with because of the situation I am IN right now being a term of pregnancy, and moving from Manchester to here: and I realised through the process that I was not understood, misjudged and little effort were made to help in that sense. I have not been able to meet the landlord, hence I couldn't confirm if he is the owner or not, and I won't be able to meet him as he has someone else managing the house that I have not met neither. Can't wait to enjoy our new home. Will update in the future if anything.
