We were purchasing a property through Ryder & Dutton and had the pleasure of dealing with Matt throughout. Unfortunately it was a particularly difficult situation and through no fault of ours or Ryder and Dutton the purchase fell through. However, I cannot praise Matt enough - he is professional, friendly and efficient. Despite the circumstances his communication throughout the process was fantastic and whilst we didn't get it over the line I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ryder and Dutton and Matt in the future.
