The experience has been the most emotional and stressful journey in buying our home and I believe Sam Townsend would say the same as he has been with us the whole way, from being at the 1st viewing I had on the house all the way through to finally completion, nearly 8 months later. Sam you have been brilliant and you didn’t show any signs of irritation/ annoyance towards me especially after every Friday afternoon calls or emails for updates! Maybe when the phone got put down but that’s OK! 😁 So professional, polite and caring the whole way through. I really appreciated the time and effort trying to get the sale through, I’m sure some estate agents would have just told me to give up and pull out after the amount of hiccups there have been through the chains. Can’t recommend Stevens and Carter enough. I can’t say for certain at the moment, but if the day comes where my partner and I will sell and move, way way in the future, we definitely will be coming back to Stevens and Carter.
