We are very grateful to Sam and the team for valuing our house even though we made him aware that we are not going on the market just yet. There was no pressure to give them a time scale of when we might be ready to start the process and it was left as, we will contact them when we are ready. I know from previous experience that other agents can be very pushy when it comes to this because they just want to get the property on their books straight away. Not at Stevens & Carter's, they are happy to wait for us and to me that is exceptional customer service.

We have used Stevens and Carter for over 10 years now and have always found them to be professional, efficient and very helpful. Nothing has ever been too much trouble and they always know of a trades person to fix any problems at the property. We are kept fully informed if tenants are thinking about moving on and they quickly find new ones to replace them. I would highly recommend them.

The ‘Team’ (and I mean Team) at Stevens & Carter – Hailsham provided us with excellent service for the sale of our late Mothers property. Having to deal with such circumstances is stressful in a normal situation, but by keeping the process with a local established Agent assisted with some of the required sale processes that may not have been as simple to resolve with other National providers. I can’t mention anyone individual, as this really was a Team effort with all those involved keeping us informed and updated through the whole process until completion. Thank You for helping us through the sale of the property at a difficult time. From our own experience, I would use Stevens & Carter again in the future and would recommend their services to friends and family.

I just want to especially mention Samuel Townsend from Steven and Carter. He showed my late husband and I a few properties before the pandemic and was so kind when my circumstances changed. We were able to navigate away from the original plan and find a property more suitable for just me. He was always so professional, courteous and responsive to my emails and was able to facilitate the purchase of my new home at a fair price but more importantly made it as stress free possible. A very cheerful and positive person with a 'can do' attitude. I would highly recommended, 5* stars, well done!
