Hi just wanted to say it was a great experience dealing with Sarah who is based at the Bearwood branch. Sarah was very polite and had great character kept me up to date all the way and nothing was to much trouble. I didn’t win the bid but the experience none the less thanks to Sarah was amazing lovely lady, polite and I wish her all the very best for the future a great asset to Robert Oulsnam, hope they look after her she is a great team member and really understands how to provide a great service to the public. It’s nice to be important but more important to be nice and this is what exactly Sarah is a real pleasure thank you.
