The whole team at Oulsnam Hagley Road were excellent from day one of our journey to sell our house. The valuation visit was carried out professionally and the photos Ben Palfrey took were fantastic. He made our house look amazing with his images and set it apart from the competition on the market. The first buyer through the door offered on the day and went on to purchase our house. We were kept fully informed throughout the process which was lengthy due to the COVID pandemic and Ben was always on the end of the telephone to advise and calm any nerves. Having not had the best experience with estate agents in the past I’m pleased to say that Ben and his team have restored my faith and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, in fact I already have to local friends, several times!
