Professional, honest, friendly, helpful, humorous and they really want to help you find the home of your dreams! They make buying/ selling a home less stressful through their constant support, advice and great communication. Ben Palfry and Lydia Spencer are true stars here! (They are the type you'd be happy to spend an evening down the pub with!). Lydia accompanied me through many house viewings and was very informed on each property and a delight to be with. It took me about 14 months to finally buy the property I wanted due to Covid causing a delay. In that time, I was kept up-to-date at all times by the fantastic Ben Palfry. They also have a superb financial advisor they can recommend; Matt Stone. What a guy! He managed to get me a great mortgage with Nationwide who paid £500 cashback on taking out their mortgage. Magnificent Matt was always on hand to handle my queries too. So to sum up, the Oulsnam team here on Hagley Road are brilliant!
