Our chain was unfortunately not problem free and Caroline Kendall maintained regular communication with us - as first time sellers Carolines expertise was invaluable both in helping us understand the process and in making suggestions as to how we could move forward when things got really tricky. We got very close to pulling out and probably would have done if we had an agent who was less engaged - and now we are sitting in our new home and very thankful that we didn’t!
