Sarah and the rest of the Bearwood Oulsnam team have been fantastic, guiding us through every step of buying our first home. Sarah showed us empathy and kindness at a difficult time when our first purchase fell through, and we are grateful to have had Sarah help us navigate our successful purchase. Sarah was great at keeping us up to date, explaining everything clearly, and chasing solicitors on all sides towards completion. The welcome box on key collection was also a nice touch. :)
