Unlike the franked standard letter with digitised signature, hers was in a hand addressed envelope with a real stamp on it - with beautifully heavy gauge paper. The presentation was outstanding. I was curious. So I contacted her and we met up 2 days later. Grace’s approach to marketing the house was new and refreshing. She was full of positive energy and was able to see the positives in a quirky, rural property. She understood my needs as a Seller and was quick to deliver a sales letter and marketing plan, again produced to the highest standard. Her photographs and marketing collateral were high end and working with Matt, she produced an outstanding video which she used for Social Media and the Rightmove and Zoopla portals. I had so many compliments on how she had interpreted my beautiful home and brought it to life with the video tour. Viewings followed. Grace was always courteous and mindful of making them as convenient as possible to fit with me. Unlike most agents who spend about 15 to 30 minutes in the property - Grace spent around 1 hour with prospective clients showing them around and working with them to see the opportunities the property would afford them, should they wish to buy it. Unlike other agents, her feedback was efficient and thorough. She sold my home when it was getting dark at 4pm and when most Sellers are looking to take their properties off the market. The property went live at the beginning of September and went under offer in mid November. Very impressive. Just like her. A property professional who is driven by the highest of standards. If you want a refreshing new approach to selling your home, it really is worth speaking to her and getting her opinion. You really don’t have anything to lose - but everything to gain. We now enter the Sales Progression part of the sale process. So I can’t comment on that as yet. However, I will be happy to do so once I have completed it.
