This is without a doubt the worst letting experience we have ever had. We have been left feeling extremely disappointed with our experience of this agent. On moving into the property it had not been professionally cleaned. The agent was very abrasive and unhelpful at times when appliances were not working. I have rented in and around London for many years and have never had an experience quite like this one. 0 star Rating for me. Very poor and unprofessional service and I would not recommend. My experience unfortunately mirrors the other 1 star reviews.
