Lucy took care of my fience and I, fulfilling all of our needs very efficiently. She was immensly patient and took a huge amount of time to help us through the process of renting. She is truly a gem for Curchods and made my experience extremely smooth. I couldn't of asked for a better person to help me find a new home.

Our Curchods property manager is Tammy Fleckhaus. We are very happy with the service Tammy provides to us as tenants of a property managed by Curchods Weybridge. Tammy is responsive and always follows up on any property issues to ensure things are resolved. She displays empathy and understanding, and works to find solutions. She is friendly and considerate when visiting the property for inspections. We are very pleased to have Tammy as our property manager.

Curchods Lettings staff were all extremely professional and courteous throughout the process of letting out my property. Lucy was especially wonderful in answering my queries promptly and making sure I was up to date with all my new landlord duties! The Curchods Guildford lettings team have been great. Lucy showed us a couple of rentals and was always on-time, knowledgeable about the properties and landlords, and very professional. Joseph then looked after all the important stuff - negotiating the price, coordinating KYC and paperwork, and was on hand that first week ironing out small move-in wrinkles which are inevitable when moving house. If it wasn’t for Joseph, being such a star, I know the whole process would have been more stressful and difficult. Now that I am in the property I have then been introduced to Tammy in property management, who has similarly been great as she’s quick to reply to emails and gets issues resolved asap. I spoke to Joe several times as I was interested in a property in Godalming. I viewed it and put an offer in. Whilst waiting to hear the outcome Joe kept me updated all the time. I found this very good customer service and praised him for that. I appreciate it's a fast moving process to be involved with. But Joe took his time to keep me updated.
