Curchods / B&W recently let my flat and I was incredibly happy with the whole process. Shoeni Oates took control of everything and guided me through each step from viewings, offers, referencing prospective tenants, contracts and check in. I was pleasantly surprised to also achieve an increase in rent too. I will be seeking their assistance for future listings.
