From the initial viewing to the follow up after moving in, I found B&W (and Daniel in particular) to be professional, courteous and above all exceptionally helpful in gaining my tenancy. Their fees were clear and had no hidden extras and (while not the absolute cheapest) were much lower than many of the other letting agents. They also understood that the best tenant wasn't necessary the one willing to pay most and actually resisted a 'bidding war' between applicants - making a clear recommendation to the landlord based on all the evidence (availability, income & employment, previous references etc). They kept me updated throughout the process and ensured I was happy and informed. The check in was slightly later in the day than I would have liked but this was due to availability of the external inventory clerk. Overall I was very happy with their approach and execution which felt to be a lot more professional and reasonable than the usual conveyor belt of the letting process.

Brillant, best estate agent I have ever used!!

I have sold several houses in the past and was dreading the thought of selling again. Burns and Webber are superb. They care about you, listen to any worries and give you excellent advice. They are always very quick to return phone calls or emails. In successfully sold my flat through them and I would recommend them very highly. Use an agency that cares and looks after you, is my top tip. Burns and Webber do that 100%
