Have recently re-let my flat through Burns & Webber, and have to say I'm incredibly impressed with the letting team there. Amy and Kyo in particular were so energetic, enthusiastic, professional and understood what I was looking for really quickly. They were able to advertise the property quickly and arranged appropriate viewings immediately - I managed to find a new tenant within days of letting through them where I had been struggling with my previous agent. The main thing I look for from an agent is diligent, clear and timely communication without the need for me to keep on top of them, and B&W are first class in this area too - very prompt responses and calls to keep me informed and up to date. When they tell me they'll call back, they always do, I have never felt the need to chase them - I'm really grateful for that. Also have to mention the 'above and beyond' service from Kyo who helped out when I was looking for somewhere to rent myself in a real hurry, even chasing up other agents on my behalf, what a superstar! So thank you B&W - a real pleasure to work with.
