Good evening Terri , thank you for your comments, we will pass your kind words onto the sales team. The sales team are superstars!! Thank you for your comment on Surveys, however they are a completely separate business to Lovelle Estate Agency and have no ties with us. We are sorry you feel they are connected and hope this doesn’t effect your option towards the sales business. Whilst they are located on the third floor of our building , they are separately owned and runs owe cannot comment any further on this. The online conveyancing team which we partnered up with in order to creat Lovelle coveyencing, previously recommended by us to our customers had a noticeable change in performance and we reacted quickly to this and have since stopped referring any work to them from Lovelle Grimsby. We do now recommended a select few local firms of solicitors, who we have built up great relationships with and are confident they go above and beyond to service our clients.
