Went for some impartial mortgage advice. Although they were unable to help me personally, they stayed open late especially for me and all staff were very friendly and helpful.

I would give 5* just to Chelsey from selling team, who was super, but we also got a property survey done with them different departments i think. which missed a giant crack in a very rocky banister which was very noticeable by just touching it so paid nearly 800 for a survey and missed something super noticeable which I've been quoted 1000+ to fix. i moved in with 4 children and now living with a safety hazard i can't afford to fix. I would give 0 * to conveyancing team. Chelsey is super duper, the conveyancing team i would not recommend at all.

Thank you for your comment on Surveys, however they are a completely separate business to Lovelle Estate Agency and have no ties with us. We are sorry you feel they are connected and hope this doesn’t effect your option towards the sales business. Whilst they are located on the third floor of our building , they are separately owned and runs owe cannot comment any further on this. The online conveyancing team which we partnered up with in order to creat Lovelle coveyencing, previously recommended by us to our customers had a noticeable change in performance and we reacted quickly to this and have since stopped referring any work to them from Lovelle Grimsby. We do now recommended a select few local firms of solicitors, who we have built up great relationships with and are confident they go above and beyond to service our clients. They were late to show us the property. We have met with someone who was supposed to look at it after us. Not much guidance given.
