Excellent service (and very fast). I rang because I needed an emergency plumber (loo would not flush). I have always rented properties so I know a bit about 3rd party repairs. I rang LovelleBacons to request a plumber at 2pm. By 2.15pm, the plumber rang me and 20 mins later, was at the house fixing the toilet. This only took 5 minutes and is working fine now. So from me ringing to report repairs to actually getting them done, took about half an hour in total! I asked the plumber if he was hired by the actual landlord or LovelleBacons - he is LB's plumber so I have to give excellent credit where it's due. Thank you ladies! From a very happy tenant :)

An outstanding estate agent! We recently had outstanding service from Lovelle Bacons estate agents Grimsby office. Who sold our house for us and found us an apartment to rent. We originally invited two estate agents to value the property. One of those new online estate agents with a colourful name and a 'real' estate agent. We are very pleased we did this as Lewis's valuation was £50,000 more! We chose Lovelle Bacons and enjoyed their highly professional service. Within 48 hours our house was sold! Lovelle and Bacon recently sold my house and the service we received was fantastic. The sales team really did go above and beyond. It was on the market previously with another local estate agent for 6 months with 1 viewing and very little feed back or contact. Lewis and his team however had viewings booked after only a few days and our property was sold within 3 months from start to finish.
