Well, I can honestly say that I never thought I would’ve advertised my house with Lovelle as I had a couple of different agents in my head that I thought I would go with, but when Lewis came to my house to give me a valuation from that moment my mind was changed. He was so professional didn’t seem like he was reading from a script knew exactly what he was talking about. and I knew it was the right thing to advertise with Lovelle . And I’m so pleased I did. I put my house on the market in May expecting to be moving in the New Year. I couldn’t believe the hard work and communication from James And because of that, that was the reason my house sold within weeks and not months !
