We had a very challenging chain with a specific non-responsive solicitor and an irresponsible self-centred person within the chain.Throughout this, the team really held the different parties together and maintained communication and explanation throughout. They went above and beyond to ensure that all were kept on track as far as possible and were willing to be firm with parties as that was needed.
