Customer service is great

Had been at property for quite a few years, it had been managed by different estate agents and never had an issue. Things changed slightly when Ellis & co took over. Have never met Payal personally, my experience has only been via emails and texts which always have a slightly passive aggressive tone to them. Have met Ravi in a few circumstances who seemed helpful and professional, so in terms of customer service not many complaints simply that work at property is still to be done 12 months after issues been raised and it's a constant chasing up for it all to be fixed and issues with mould still to be resolved. But I am aware that they are not the worst but I have definitely had better companies managing this property so I believe they have the potential to provide better service too.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS AGENCY. They will help and make themselves readily available only until you have signed your contracts and agreements in which your binded and will heavily encourage you to write a positive review before your tenancy even begins. They left me without hot water for 3 weeks only with threats of escalation and refusal of rent payment they just about get it sorted. They have also been pestering me to be home for a gas engineer for a certificate which is THEIR job because they have misplaced their management set of keys and are making me suffer in my job.

Very disappointed with the service at Ellis & Co Greenford. I am extremely unhappy with the lack of support and poor communication from the team. Whenever we reached out for help with issues, we were met with delays, unresponsiveness, or no follow-up at all. It felt like our concerns were never taken seriously. What made matters worse was the rude and disrespectful behavior of Saumil, especially towards my father. His tone and attitude were completely unacceptable — no customer or client deserves to be spoken to like that. It was deeply upsetting and has left us very frustrated. This experience has been stressful and disappointing. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and looks into these concerns to improve the service and professionalism of their staff.

The worst!!! Im waiting 8 weeks for my deposit to be returned. Agency is not replying for my emails, and when i call they keep saying they will call me back, as they have to contact someone. They are never calling back. I will be going to the court!

Disgusting dangerous driving !! Can’t trust someone to help you when they can’t abide by basic traffic laws, what an embarrassment of a company 🤣 …
